In 2018, a Task Force oversaw the revision of our new Baseline questionnaire. We are now busy preparing the new longitudinal, follow-up questionnaire. This new version was streamlined to mirror the changes introduced in the Baseline and to focus on events and changes between waves. In addition, the questionnaire was shortened in order to make room for new modules. At the moment, only the core version is available (i.e. without the new modules).
User Consultation
We invite you to participate in our User consultation. This is an opportunity for you to see the format of the core longitudinal questionnaire, and to feedback to us any issues you experience. The questionnaire will take between 25-40 minutes to complete. When you click the link below, you will be asked for an ID. You must enter in any two letters, followed by any seven numbers. Upon completion, please fill in the form below and let us know by uploading a document with comments whether you experience:
- Any problems within the questionnaire
- Any errors in question formatting
- Any typo’s in the question wording
Please supply question number, screenshot of the problem, and no more than 150 words justification for your comment. The consultation will close on 1st December 2019.
We are also open to suggestions for new innovative themes in the longitudinal questionnaire. If you have a suggestion, please provide an attachment with the theme description, an 150 word justification for its inclusion, and no more than 5 potential questions. These suggestions will be reviewed by a Task Force in December 2019, and promising applications will be invited to develop their proposal further.

Note that you will be asked in the first part of the questionnaire some background information about your life history. This will NOT be part of the final version of the questionnaire as this will be drawn from the information provided by respondents in the baseline questionnaire. But to test it, you need to ‘’feed in’’ this prior information.
