Ester Fanelli was awarded the GGP Master Thesis Award during the 5th GGP User Conference held on 24-25 October 2019 at the Paris School of Economics.
Fanelli’s thesis is titled: “Second Half of the Gender Revolution: Equality at Home and Reversal in Fertility Decline“. Her excellent study shows that a more balanced division of labor within couples results in increased fertility rates by allowing women to more easily combine paid and unpaid work.
